I’m Rachel, the therapist behind Rooted Psychotherapy, and I help people work through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, OCD, life transitions—you name it—with a healthy mix of compassion, realness, and science-backed techniques like EMDR therapy.

🥊 Fun fact about me: I train in Muay Thai (and have even competed!), and it’s one of the greatest teachers I’ve had. It’s taught me about patience, the mind-body connection, and how the body holds—and can release—trauma. Plus, the community is incredible.
